Christopher and his team where awesome. I knew it was time to replace the unit and ducting. They acted fast professional, didnt push me gave a fair price. My installation crew was even better. Jorge and Nico, they got hear at 8:30am and didnt stop til the job was done at 7:45 pm. They did an awesome job BIG difference in the house. Upgrade on the ducting made a big difference on how cool it is in our home. I so very much recommend BVS !! Update 12/2021: Mazdak just did the fall service and once again BVS communicated, managed and owned the appt. Full report with recommendations upon completion and done until 2022. BVS, not the cheapest, just the best.My last review of BVS was 8 years ago in a different home. 8 years later nothing has changed and it just gets better. I have a new home and the aged HVAC was starting to fail. Home Warranty company came out more than once and each time the service was mediocre at best. BVS has always done my annual services and Mazdak was scheduled for Monday. The heat was not working. When Mazdak arrived he found a very serious problem upstairs that could have resulted in a fire. He was explaining some options when I suggested that we just rip it all out and do it right. ZERO regrets on this decision.The same team that worked at my home 8 years ago is the same team that came out and put in a new 2 stage high efficiency system. These guys have been with BVS for 10+ years and they brought that experience into my home and 9 or so hours later life is good. From start to finish the process of determining what to install, how to install, to add additional return air and why.... Mazdak could have upsold a lot of items had he tried but it was all fair, upfront and in my best interest as he helped me understand system differences and what would be the most cost effective and best investment for me. This is a long review because there are not many companies locally that I trust at the level I trust BVS. I tell anyone that BVS is not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive BUT I trust them with anything and know that they are there from beginning to end. Peace of mind is priceless.

2/1/25A message popped up on my thermostat that was new & mentioned a service call was needed. Vu Tran came out and tested the system and informed me the system was okay. Vu Tran is very through and makes sure all my questions are answered. Very pleased with the service!!!Vu Tran was here to do my annual heater check. Hes very knowledgeable and gave a detailed report on the status of my unit. Hes very nice and polite.

Brad Bryson did an excellent job serving my Heater unit for the coming months. He checked my condensate pump with a mixture of water and clorox bleach. He made sure my A/C unit came back on after running the heater. Great job Brad.

My AC went out on Friday afternoon and they were able to arrive within an hour on short notice. My tech Eric quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Eric did a thorough inspection and confirmed our AC is now in good working order. AC is blowing cold air again and we are able to have a nice weekend thanks to their quick work.

Eric did a great job. I have a unit that isn’t cooling due to a coolant leak. Eric traced the outside unit, inside unit and finally found the leak in the solar panels on my VERY steep roof. I appreciate his perseverance very much. He did a great job!!

BVS had been mailing advertisements to me for years before I decided to try them for a pre-cooling season air conditioner check-up. I’m glad I did. The tech was on-time for the appointment and explained everything he did to optimize my unit’s performance. Also, he didn’t try to upsell any other service except to say BVS would be ready to help if I needed them. I really liked that aspect from a service provider. I will be calling on them as the need arises.

He checked all the components of the system to ensure it was functioning optimally and advised me that everything is functioning properly. Installed 2 new high efficiency AC DAIKIN Units. Up dated all ducts and returns in my home and airplane hanger.They did exactly what they quoted.System is a great improvement over the existing one that was replaced.

Called to have someone come check out my AC. The tech came very fast and charged no money for diagnostics. He found the issue very quickly and gave a very fair estimate for the repair which i decided to do and was very fast and efficient with the repair. Overall very pleased with the service I received and would for sure recommend to a friend.

My Tech guy from BVS (formerly known as (Brazos Valley Services)) is excellent in every aspect of his job. He feels like family, but is extremely professional. Im sure everyone who works there is great, but I know that IVE had a couple of different people and each one has been great and that is why we are still using them all these years.Updated: I just had a surprise service calls from BVS. First was from their office to make sure I was happy with their service, But, they hadnt got to me yet, they werent late the follow-up call was early. Per normal the service guy was/ is great and helpful, professional. A total asset to their company.The 2nd visit was from the actual tech. Person, for our a/c units. And it was my first time to meet Mazdak, previously he had dealt with my wife once or twice but now that i have retired its me. He too is an asset to your company. All the things you want in an employee plus much more. Very professional, helpful, made sure that ALL my questions were answered. An all around great person and credit to your company.I would highly recommend BVS. And I am not a person who recommend everyone. On the other side after if I happen to get an employee that is having a bad day, I wouldnt trash the whole company based on this one off experience. And if its someone who has been here before, I would ask him whats the matter and as a pastor, I am quick to forgive and to praise people that are doing a great job.Have you ever hear that old saying bad news travels fast that saying comes from the fact that when someone treats you unfair or you think they did you wrong....most people tell 10 to 12 people about their bad experience. However, if someone treats you good or goes over and above what you expect...most people will only tell 1 to 3 people about how great they were treated. Im not against calling out poor service or bad attitudes, the company needs to know these things. But, instead of punishment for the whole company with a bad review because of a one time experience, I would call the company and let them know whatever the problem or issues that an employee had. If you get the same employee and the same problems or issues then you write a review because the company didnt correct that employee.

First off, I want to say they give excellent customer service. And that is saying something in todays world where nearly everything is automated. You get to speak to someone. Anice is very kind and attentive and professional on the phone and always calls with updates to when the service techs are going to show up. Follow up calls are so important and letting people know instead of having to sit for a lengthy period of time. We have had a great tech by name of Mazeak who handled our AC installation and offered great advice for our home and unit. I highly recommend BVS for your AC/Heating as there customer service is second to none and if you need anything done they are on top of it.

Justin was clean-cut, uniformed, in a nice van. He was polite, helpful, and thorough. He showed meter readings and explained what was needed. He made the sale.

My air went out on a weekend during the night when I was due to leave out of town. The owner called me back immediately and had a tech at my home and all was fixed within 3 hours. I can’t say enough about the professional, detail in my service and how thorough Trenton was. Highly recommend this company and will use them annually for membership/maintenance.

My A/C just kept running and it wasnt cooling down. Vu Tran was the technician BVS dispatched to my home. He checked everything and spent about 2-3 hours running tests. He isolated the issue, my compressor, and now thank you Jesus I have a cool house. Mr. Tran has awesome customer service skills and is very thorough in performing his tests. Colby was thorough, professional, and friendly in troubleshooting our HVAC cooling issue. He resolved our issue in a timely manner. We have had a long history of relying and using BVS for our HVAC needs. Absolutely amazed with the kindness and responsiveness of BVS! During the power outages from the Winter weather of 2021, my thermostat shorted out and left us with no heat for 5 days. BVS is the only company that called me back. They tried to walk me through fixing it myself so we werent without heat any longer, but when it proved to be more complicated, they worked me in ASAP. Weve used BVS for several years now and have never had an issue. The technicians that come out are always professional, thorough, and informative.This was the first time we had to call for a problem. Late Friday afternoon I discovered water was backing up. I called BVS and they were ready to have someone out thT afternoon. However, we were o. Our way out of town. So they prioritized me for Monday morning.The technician, Andrew, came out Monday morning. Andrew listened to all my concerns and quickly found the issue ( fortunately a very minor issue ), checked out my other concern and assured me all was well and no damage was occurring.Im very pleased with the way all of this has been handled as well as our past experiences. Strongly recommend this company since they still have a firm understanding of customer service.

Michael came out to do a courtesy check on my AC units. He determined that the fan was not operating which caused the coils to freeze. Thanks to Michael I will be able to get my AC unit back in operation in a few days. Michael was very professional and took the time needed to drill down to the actual problem. I will appreciate it if Michael can be dispatched in the future to provide my service from BVS.

Both Technicans that came to my house this morning(Im bad about names, sorry) were on time and very professional. They checked my cooling coil inside the house and they checked my condenser unit outside. I mentioned to them that I have reset my breaker outside 3 times in the last year time period. They found my Hard Start Kit was weak and suggested I needed a new one. They replaced it, and cleaned my condenser coil outside. Both young men are real A/C professionals. That is why I keep having BVS take care of my Heating and Cooling needs. Great job Men. Both of you should get a BIG RAISE after your next evaluation. Thank you.

I have used Brazos Valley Services for the past ten years and have received excellent service at all times. Their office always communicates with me on a timely manner and always tells me who the service person is going to be and when they will arrive. Every service person that has been to my house has been experienced and very friendly. There work has been outstanding. Today the service person was Renee and he was in, did his work and was finished in a timely manner.

It was great to see Mazdak again! After warmly greeting me with genuine concern for my health, he got right to work on the ‘H’ part of my HVAC system. An hour and a half later, he had persuaded the gas valve to open on the thermostat’s command ten times in a row. Not only that, he went ahead with the regular 6-month maintenance check since he was already here, thereby saving me a second service call several weeks from now. My experiences with Mazdak, Rich, and other long-term employees at BVS over the course of 14 years – including 2 HVAC systems, and a water purifier – have kept me a satisfied customer!

Brad has been my serviceman for several years & I always request him.He welcomed me to the community when I relocated here 5 years ago.He treats me with respect as well as my property and is always on time.I actually consider him a friend. A couple of years ago he called me the next day to see how I was doing because he said he could tell I was undera lot of pressure. He is a kind , considerate , Christian man.

The ladies in the office are all friendly and helpful, apologizing whenever they must check with technicians and put me on hold. They are patient while I think through the more-costly estimate or locate my calendar so as to schedule a technicians visit. Gary, the electrician, graciously explained the factors that made the estimate of the current project twice what I had anticipated. He examined the equipment needing replacement yet made no charge, but allowed me to do some research to satisfy myself. I did call soon thereafter to have the work done after verifying that BVS uses top of the line equipment and stands behind the customer should the warrantied equipment fail.

I called BVS because my a/c was not cooling very well. Lana and Jessica got things set up for Mike to come out to my home to check the a/c. Lana kept me informed about everything and answered all my questions. Mike arrived on time and inspected the whole system.He showed me several things about the system and told me straight up about the system. ( I worked many summers with my Dad on installing and troubleshooting a/c systems so I knew he was being honest). My a/c system is 20 plus years old. But not anymore! Mike showed me the different choices I have, got the right financing and asked me when do I want it installed As soon as possible of course . How about tomorrow Mike answered. At 8:15am Sunday , Memorial weekend, the BVS install crew showed up started working and by 12:30 the job was finished and my home was being chilled by the new a/c system. I was stunned by Carlos crew at how well everything was done. Great job everyone. BVS does it RIGHT from start to finish! Im sure there are some good a/c companies out there. Had a new A C System installed and they did a great job, excellent service.

We had an old HVAC system, which needed repair and since the system was 10+ years, we had an American Home Shield contract. AHS sent out several contractors that didnt fix my AC and instead gave me shady quotes. At that point, we decided to look around myself and gave BVS a call. Mazdak, one of their Senior Technicians, came out to our home and spent nearly 3 hours for a thorough consultation about our needs, the type of system that would fit the size of our home and our budget. He also explained in detail the work that would be required and the timeline. To be fully transparent, the price quoted was by far not the cheapest but we felt it was a fair offer, considering the full replacement of our condenser, furnace, and all the duct work. The complete job took almost two days and the BVS crew did a great job. The new system runs extremely quiet and smooth. It improved the overall comfort in our home and since we also signed up for the BVS service plan, we cancelled our contract with American Home Shield. Since the installation in our home, we also used BVS for an AC maintenance in my mother-in-laws home and Mazdak did the repair himself and again, he did a great job. If you are looking for an AC company that cares about your issues and treats you well, choose BVS.

We had a furnace installed that had developed some problems and needed to be replaced. The technician Mazdak Najand did a superior job of diagnosing the problem, explaining the options and giving directions all along the way to the other technicians who did the install. We thought the whole process was extremely smooth and pleasant, and we would recommend The company and Mazdak in particular for this HVAC service. He was very courteous, explain things well, and highly knowledgeable. The entire team was willing to stop and explain things or address requests we made, without any hesitation.

Absolutely great! From start to finish, everything was completed as previously told to us by Rob. He did a wonderful job of explaining the system and prices to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the system and concerned that we receive the system that would be perfect for us, and the warranty was great. We would be getting a complete re-do on our air conditioning and heating system, including the venting up in the attic. Yes, Rob was great, but now for the best part! On the day of installation, we met RAY CHUNN! We feel truly blessed that he was our installer. Never have we been so impressed with a serviceman as we are with RAY. We really cant say enough great things about him. He and his crew arrived on time! They were very professional. RAY explained everything they were going to be doing during the instillation. He was the most friendly, most knowledgeable, most competent and most patient (he didnt mind repeating if we didnt understand) serviceman we have EVER had! We feel as though we have a new friend for life in RAY CHUNN and certainly a new repair service in BRAZOS VALLEY SERVICES! We really love our new system!

It was great to see Rich again! He used to be the man who came out to my home twice a year to check the a/c and heating but he is no longer in that department, so when he showed up at my home last week to fix an issue I had with the new thermostat installation, I was really surprised. I also knew I could relax; that I was in the best of hands; and that the job would be done correctly. I wish he was still the man who did my biannual checkups though!

Brazos Valley Services is always fantastic. We have used them many times in the past for a/c service. Now, they are beginning to offer plumbing services. They came out today and did a maintenance check and flush on our hot water heater. Their guys are always professional and know their stuff. I get upset because I have seen complaints on local facebook pages. The only complaint people ever have is the prices are too high. I am a firm believer that you pay for what you get. I always have peace of mind when I use them that the job will be done correctly and will be of the highest quality work. We have three houses that Brazos Valley Services has installed and/or maintained AC/heating units in. The service has been great. Brad has always been our service person and he has always been punctual, polite and trustworthy. He often goes to our homes when we can not be there and we know he will do a great job and lock up for us. Most recently he performed contract maintenance at our main residence and provided me with a quote for air duct cleaning. He clearly explained each phase of the cleaning, reviewed options, and provided me with information that will help us decide which option is best for our needs.
