I called Avalon Air Systems for a new AC and could not have had a better experience. Larry Klentz, the owner of Avalon, has been in business in Houston for 30 years. He is very knowledgeable , personable and understanding. He guided me with what I needed and installed a new AC within 3 days. His prices are very reasonable. His crew, has worked with him for over 20 years. They were on time, respectful and very experienced. I plan to avoid supporting the larger business and have Avalon do all my maintenance, necessary repairs and installations in the future.I highly recommend them! Denise O

Last honest AC man in houston? I think so. Our first bid was from Abacus for $13,800 and they refused to provide a detailed estimate. Avalon was $3200 and Larry explained it was only 1 part that needed replacing. Our unit was in top shape. Shame on Abacus and thank you Larry from Avalon!!

Larry has been our A/C guy for > 20 yrs. He’s extremely knowledgeable, always does a great job, has reasonable prices and is a character. If it weren’t for him I would have moved out of Houston bc you can’t live here w/o air conditioning!

Great customer service, they did maintenance to my AC unit and replaced a couple of pieces that were in bad shape. They are honest and it is worth to pay the price, youll be sure they are not trying to overcharge you.
