I cant share enough great things about Atlas AC! Best quality, best pricing transparency, super customer service, communication, and excellent financing options.I had 3 companies come to the house to quote. I knew I wanted to go with Atlas AC because their online Youtube presence is very strong and they give honest information, and I have been following them for a few years. I was hoping to meet the famous Kenneth from Youtube, but I understand he is probably signing autographs somewhere in San Antonio. Cedric and Nick came to give me a really accurate and thorough estimate. Johns install crew was here a week later and did an amazing job. Cedric made sure everything was in order and John and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the unit was calibrated and working properly. John showed me the features on the new heat pump and they even made sure their work looked neat and buttoned up when they finished. They laid down drop cloths throughout the house and swept up any mess they made. I really appreciate how John and his crew did their work respectively and thoroughly.If youre having doubts, just do it! I did all the research for you, I really believe Atlas cant be beat. I look forward to referring them to all my friends and family. I will use them again in the future at my next home!

Fantastic job, complete replacement with Carrier A/C, furnace and 3-zones in our townhouse attic. Reworked pre-existing duct work resolving issues. YouTube videos were very informative. Sales rep was more through than other bidders. Israel and crew were super polite, competent and considerate. An omission and changes were handled professionally and fairly. They throughly explained the complex mobile app and 3 digitial thermostats, and answered all of our many questions before, during, and after the installation. We bought Carriers top tier Greenspeed equipment and Atlas clearly is a top tier professional company.

Cedric, Esteban, and everyone at Atlas AC were very helpful and professional while installing my new Carrier Infinity system. Their advice and support was beneficial, and will help me get the most out of the upgraded units. They are a welcome addition to the Houston market.

*I haven’t purchased anything from them, yet. This is purely based off of the initial visit with technician.I have been looking to get a new HVAC system (furnace, coil, and condenser). I’ve had multiple people come out to give me quotes, and the biggest difference between Nicholas from Atlas AC and all the other guys is that I don’t feel like I’m being pushed and pressured into buying a new system. He spent a significant amount of time properly measuring the ductwork to properly size them according to the tonnage of the AC unit I’m interested in, as well as taking a look at what could be reused as replacing all parts of the system may not be necessary. He was very professional and personable and was able to give me educated suggestions based off of what he saw. I am in the process of comparing all my quotes and will decide who to go with soon. I will update my review later. Regardless of if I go with Atlas AC or not, I had a very good experience with their technician that came out and they are very transparent with their pricing.

Joaquim and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They installed my new unit and made sure it was running great before leaving. They answered all my questions and kept me informed on their progress. I highly recommend them and Atlas. I am very happy with their work.

Today, Joaquim from Atlas AC came by to perform a check-up on my new system, and everything went great. He took his time to inspect all components thoroughly and was both knowledgeable and courteous throughout the visit. Great job by Atlas AC Repair. The first company I called wanted to replace my furnace and compressor for $12,000. Said they were both beyond repair. Called Atlas for a second opinion and they were able to repair both units for 20% of the price. Joaquim was the HVAC specialist who repaired my system and did a great job. Atlas and Joaquim were efficient and honest on what I needed to get the job completed. Im really happy with the results.

Joe arrived on time for the appointment. He is really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave me great advice before choosing the best system for our needs. He took pictures and measurements to send a complete report for company review. Again he is very professional and we have faith in his judgment. Excellent work! They showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what I needed, without trying to upsell me to a new unit. They worked diligently until the job was done. This is the 4th contact I’ve had with anyone in regards to my recent A/C install. The other 3 visits were very disappointing and subpar. Joaquim seems very honest and knowledgeable. I know there were some things about the initial install (that he didn’t do,) that he was probably reluctant to tell me but he was fully honest with me and I appreciate that. I hope my future relationship with this company remains positive.

As it starts to heat up we decide to use the AC, but it when turned via thermostat it would not come on. I reach out or trusted HVAC company Atlas to diagnose and fix the problem. Thank you Atlas and Cedric.

Sept. 30 2024. Nick was assigned to give me a quote. He came to the house and was very professional. He listened and answered all of my questions and was never sales pushy. Nick is an actual tech, not just a salesmen, hes knowledgeable and personable.

Joe and Irvin changed out my condenser today. Took a little longer than they planned but the good news is the unit is running correctly. Both of these guys were very friendly and kept me informed of the work progress. As for the company, they gave me a quick and accurate estimate and scheduled my installation fast. These guys and the company are great and they will have my business again in the future!

Clean install, great working system, & great service.Genesis, Kenneth, & Pete were very professional, and their quote is less than 1/2 of what another HVAC Contractor quoted me (…for a budget brand, compared to the Carrier system Atlas installs). They’re very transparent, and patient w/ questions etc. Glad I found Atlas!

I messaged Atlas late Sunday because our AC is not working which is unbearable in the hot weather here in Texas. The next day, Monday morning, i received a message from Atlas that they will send a technician. On same day around noontime, their technician named Joe was on our front door. He did a thorough site survey of our hvac for almost 2 hours. He did the reports about his findings and informed me that someone from Atlas will call me about the findings and the price for the replacement.Update: Today, July 3, the technician Matthew and his team came to our house early in the morning and worked for our AC the whole day until around 8:30ish in the evening. Our ac is working now and the system outside is more quiet now. We will still monitor how it is going in the coming days. I would recommend them.

This is for a Houston Install. Atlas does not yet have an office in Houston, but has started doing work there.I had Atlas replace a 21-year old 5 ton AC and gas furnace. The unit was still working, but I was concerned there was an increasing probability that it would fail, probably mid summer.Israel came out from the San Antonio office and spent over an hour making the estimate and making sure he understood what I wanted. Atlas gave me a competitive cost for a Carrier that was actually lower than the cost shown on their website.Installation was somewhat complicated by a slab for the condenser that had to be leveled, and took about 12 hours. Israel did a great job, and a very nice install. All the work we discussed was performed. Im an engineer in the construction business, so Im used to dealing with contractors and can recognize good work.All throughout the estimate, installation, and follow-up, Atlas kept in good communication with me and followed through on their commitments.I highly recommend Atlas, and would use them again!

Genesis was very thorough in his evaluation of our HVAC system, and he was honest in his evaluation. Communication with Atlas was good. So far, they seem to be a reliable service company and their prices beat the competition. I would recommend them.

Atlas AC Repair came to my house to do a site survey. I had a great first experience with them. They explained everything I needed and gave me a straight answer on the price to replace my AC. Best of all, NO high pressure selling.UPDATE: Junior and Oscar came in today to replace my AC. They did an excellent flawless job. I am happy. Most importantly, my wife is happy.

The entire process from speaking with Pete, to Melanie with the install team and Junior doing the install was amazing! It was pain free and transparent with no “bait and switches” or surprises to add any extra costs.The only hiccup was one of pieces was damaged upon arrival from the warehouse. Junior was actually more upset than us when we saw it but he assured us he’d get a replacement. Atlas set us up with 2 window units for 2 days before the new piece of equipment could be picked up and installed.Junior and his team worked until the install was perfect. His dedication was outstanding.I will be using Atlas Ac Repair for any and all future HVAC projects and I’m highly recommending them to friends and family.

Completed upstairs 3 ton carrier system. Very professional and they covered my floors. Cooling very well. They come back tomorrow to swap out the downstairs system. Completed the 2-1/2 ton installation. They did not rush and took their time. Very professional.

Junior and Oscar really worked hard to make sure the installation is done correctly. Even they had to go get materials for plenum because their staff may have not provided them with. 3.5 ton HVAC with gas furnace replacement too about 5 hours.Pete kept in great communication with me on estimates questions and sub items. The price was very reasonable compared to other local companies.I highly recommend Atlas, and would use them again. Hope AC Atlas open Houston office soon because technicians had to drive from Dallas for installation day and they came late due to road closures.

You showed up and stayed past your workday to make sure my family and I was taken care of. Despite not being able to repair our AC unit, due to parts (needing to be ordered), you went out of your way to install window AC units at are home for us to be somewhat comfortable. Atlas provided a free ac installation completetion follow up/winter tune up. The technician did a fine job.

Junior and his assistant did a thorough 1 yr. checkup on the new Carrier Infinity HVAC I had to replace my old unit last year. They checked everything and answered all questions and were right on time and friendly and polite and knew their business. I can’t say enough good things about Atlas out of San Antonio for their prices and service. If you need a new HVAC unit I highly recommend this company in the Houston area, even though they are located in San Antonio. Look for their videos on YouTube for HVAC questions and advice.

Matthew and his crew came out and installed carrier performance series 3 ton system. They were on time, respectful and provided protection for all interior spaces as they moved equipment. The system is cooling very well so far.

Rey and his team were extremely friendly. I’m not an AC guy so I don’t really know but they seem very knowledgeable and hopefully did a great job.

Angel, is a pro. He was through in evaluating my AC situation. Pleasant and attentive. High marks for this young man and I hope to work with them install.
