The Houston Storm damage on May 16, 2024 evening caused by the very high winds ripped the top of very large Oak tree off the top of a 75 year old tree crushing the top of the condensor. We reached out to our service technician, Joseph Leach, early the next morning and he quickly got us up and running once the tree was removed and power restored. He researched with the manufacturer on the damaged components and gave us options on the solutions. In the meantime he was able to get us up and running in this hot climate while we decide on the options. We appreciate his concern for our health and safety. I highly recommend asking for him to service your systems, very knowledgeable and provides options without pressuring you. We have been using Air Tech for several years now and have been very impressed.
