24 Seven AC

We had a very positive experience with 24/Seven. We had a heater that was over 20 years old and they had repaired it a few times but it was beyond repair and they replaced our unit through our home warranty company. 24/Seven took care of notifying our home warranty company and getting approval to replace our heating unit. Also the men that removed and installed our unit did an excellent job and worked very quickly and efficiently. One of the things we appreciated was the way that 24/Seven communicated with us, through text and phone calls, when they were sending a repairman or letting us know the date of the part replacement or when the installation would take place. We had to wait for a part to come in and the approval from our home warranty a little longer than we’d liked but they got the job done in a timely matter. We have used 24/Seven at least 3 times and were very always pleased with the outcome.

Our A/C went out and these guys hooked us up with a new outside condenser unit, as quickly as they could. We are very grateful for there service.

Johnathan came to repair my AC and found the problem very quickly. He ordered a part and returned the next day to install the part. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend 24SevenAc to anyone who needs their AC serviced.

This company worked with me and my home warranty company to do a full ac replacement. Mo was incredibly kind and patient with all of my questions. The install was done by a crew of hard working pros who put a whole new system in my house in half a day. I can’t speak highly enough of this crew.

My whole AC unit had to be replaced because of age. 24 Seven AC was promptly dispatched and once the equipment was ordered, the install was scheduled. The crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. Both the attic unit and outdoor units had to be replaced. The crew was very clean and careful while coming in the house to access the attic. They completely covered the flooring with canvas covering and cleaned up nicely inside when finished. They were careful not to damage any of the landscaping when replacing the outdoor unit. They cleaned up the driveway and left no trash or debris. The crew did an awesome job, were very professional and respectful. The dispatcher was professional and always responsive. I would highly recommend 24 Seven AC to all who are in need of a reliable AC company.

A 5 star review is not high enough! I am beyond impressed by how thorough, quickly, and accurately M&S Mechanical Services worked on replacing my AC Condenser. Within a week, they solved and fixed an issue that I have had other companies look at and disregard. They left less than an hour ago and my house is now colder than it has been. My system stopped working and turned back on the next day, right before Jhonathan arrived. Johnathan took his time and checked my thermostat and my outside unit; he also ensured the houses airflow was good. He was extremely polite and explained to me in detail what might have happened.

Jorge and his helper, Marlen, cameback today to instàll the new furnace under our Old Republic Home Warranty. These 2 gentlemen worked so well togetĥer, and did the replacement of the entire unit in just about 2 hours. Not only that, but they hauled away the old unit and then tested everything new out to be sure it was working properly. From our call in to report the initial issue to the completion of the work, we could not be more pleased with 24 Seven AC. The techs they sent out today were very respectful, on-time, did great work, and communicated well with us on what was needed. Definitely can recommend 24 SEVEN AC to others. 11/20/23 Update: Techs came back today and replaced the AC unit condensation drain pan, also installing a new overflow prevention valve and pump, which was not on the original unit. As you can see by the included photos, all work was done well and well done. These guys also noticed our old drain pan was rusted out and informed us it needed attention as well as the addition of the overflow valve and pump. We authorized the wook and it was all done in a friendly and professional manner. Timely too. 24 Seven is who to trust and should be your first and only call.

I was impressed with how quick this company was with contacting me to set up the appointment for the same day and actually showing up exactly at the beginning of the 4 hour window. My AC went out on hot Texas day.I called a few larger companies for a quote.They seem to have a way of stacking your bill by the time they leave. I called this company and they were here in an hour.Mr Umar explained what was wrong with my AC and showed me what part needed to be replaced. He fixed my AC under an hour. He did an excellent job and it was at a reasonable price.

Fast, easy service with techs who know what theyre doing and dont b.s. you into buying more than you need. My tech was courteous and wise, making sure my floor, walls, and furniture were not injured moving the air conditioner pieces in and out of the house. He explained everything from what the part being replaced does as well as how it is handled through my insurance when I did not get a clear answer from them. Would hire again!

24 Seven A/C was sent to our home by our home warranty company. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the issue and how he would resolve, plus made a quick change that will help us in the future.

24 Seven AC is a great service for quick and efficient AC repairs. My AC fan we out and the unit was not blowing cold air. I put in my issue at 9am, they were here at 12pm and finished by 1pm. The price was affordable and the technician works quickly and quietly. The unit began to cool immediately and I could feel the air circulating through my home.
